Bauman, Merlin (16 July 1959 - Feb. 1960)

Funeral services were held in St. John’s American Lutheran church in the town of Wein Saturday afternoon for Merlin Bauman, seven-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Bauman, Sr., Rev. Henry Krikau officiating, and burial was made in the church cemetery. The infant died of a respiratory illness in the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital. The child was born July 16, 1959. Other survivors are a sister, Sheila, age two years, and the grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Wenzel of Colby and Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Bauman of Edgar; his great grand parents Mrs. Olga Bauman, Mr. and Mrs. Gust Pilgrim, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Wenzel, all of Edgar, and Mr. and Mrs. Otto Dupke of Seattle, Wash.

Flowers were in charge of Gloria Wenzel and Beverly Punke of Edgar. Pall bearers were Kenneth Hoernke, Ardell Passehl and Lloyd Haman of Edgar and Marvin Pilgrim of Wausau.
