Anderson, Ida Margaret (Marriage - 20 Feb. 1960)

Miss Ida Margaret Anderson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John E. Anderson of Colby, became the bride of Ronald Charles Werstovshek at a ceremony performed in St. Mary’s Catholic church in Colby Saturday afternoon, Feb. 20th, 1960, at 10:30 A.M., Rev. J. B. Pinion officiating. The couple was attended by Mrs. Echo Mertens of Dorchester and Peter J. Anderson of Colby, Wis. Ushers were Tony Sterzinger and Donald Morrow.

The bride was attired in a gown of white chantilly lace over tulle with ballerina length ruffled skirt and fingertip veil. Her cascade bouquet consisted of red roses and white chrysanthemums. Her attendant wore a gown of Fuchsia nylon chrystalette and lace and her cascade bouquet consisted of pink and white carnations.

A reception was held in the Colby city hall and dinner was served in St. Mary’s gymnasium.

The couple left on a wedding trip to the southern part of the state, and, after February 29, will be at home at 1103 South Circle Ave., Forest Park, Ill., where the groom is employed by Photopress Inc.
