Fink, Mrs. Herman (1950)

Mrs. Herman Fink was taken to St. Francis Hospital, Evanston last Wednesday. She had recovered sufficiently to make the journey safe. She was taken in the Bergemann ambulance.

Mrs. Fink has made surprising progress since the accident of Saturday, July 29. She is able to move about somewhat in bed, and is making good progress with her broken left shoulder and ribs. The punctured lung has developed favorably. The left ankle was badly mangled; its further use is not certain.

In the accident Mrs. Fink’s husband was killed. Their car was in a collision with a car driven by Mrs. Janice Malone Robedeaux, who was accompanied by Mrs. Marilyn Hargarten. Both women were of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Neither was seriously injured.
