Genett, William B. (29 Sept. 1877 - 22 June 1954)

William B. Genett, 76, passed away at his home here at 9:15 A. M. Tuesday. He had been in poor health for some time.

Mr. Genett was born September 29, 1877 in Spencer and lived here all of his life. He and Mrs. Genett were married here on April 6, 1904 and celebrated their golden wedding this year.

Surviving besides his wife are two daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Erma) Dutcher, Milwaukee and Mrs. Joe (Ina) Lang, Marshfield; three sons, Robert, Marshfield; Albert, of Spencer, and Orville, Rothschild; three sister, Mrs. Pearl Lamp Aurora, Ill.; Mrs. Effie Ringer and Mrs. Fred Michell, Spencer; two brothers, Charles of Marshfield and Frank, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. There are also 38 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

The body is reposing at the Swarthout Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Methodist Church with the Rev. Harvey Schall officiating. Burial will be made in the West Spencer cemetery.
