Mrs. Elsie Halle, County Superintending teacher, visited the Peterson School on Monday.

Mrs. Matt Kass, a former resident of this vicinity, died at the home of her daughter in Neillsville.

The Mesdames, Wm. Sorenson, Roy Forestr, Vaughn Forestr, Geo. Smasal, Lawrence Heiting and Frank Seidl attended St. Jude’s Circle at Marcella Moore’s on Thursday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Louis Mills and family visited with relatives in Marshfield on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Peter Van Domlin of Stanley, spent Tuesday afternoon of last week with Mr. and Mrs. Peter VanErt.

Mr. and Mrs. Carl Johnson helped Gus Johnson of Gilman celebrate his birthday on Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Street and Mr. and Mrs. Bud Lescher of Chicago, arrived at the Herman Anason home on Sunday. Mrs. Street and Mrs. Lescher will remain here until Mr. and Mrs. Herman Anason return from their trip to Florida and California. Mrs. David Porter and son, who have been here for some time, returned to their home in Chicago on Tuesday.

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Witt and Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Arneson visited at the Herman Anason home on Sunday.

Gerald and Duane VanErt visited their uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Anton Cesafsky on Sunday afternoon.
