Services were conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 5, at St. Therese Catholic Church in Appleton for Mrs. Emma Theisen, 82, formerly of Loyal, who died at the Community Hospital, New London. Burial was made in Appleton.

The former Emma Kralinck was born in Kewaunee Conty, and later moved to Manitowoc where she received her education. Her marriage to Leo Theisen, who preceded her in death in 1958, took place in 1904 in Manitowoc.

After moving to Loyal, Mr. Theisen worked with his brother, William F. Theisen at Theisen Hardware Store, and later operated a furniture store before moving to Appleton.

For the past five years Mrs. Theisen had resided at the Golden Age Home in New London.

Survivors include one son, Earl, address unknown, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother.
