Sisson, Erna (10 October 1896 - 27 February 1971)
Funeral services for Mrs. George W. (Erna) Sisson, 74, of Greenwood, who died February 27, in Neillsville, were held Wednesday, Mrch 3, at 1:30 p.m. from the Georgas Funeral Home. The Rev. George E. Yons of the Neillsville United Church of Christ officiated and burial was made in the Greenwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Sisson was born October 10, 1896, in Wisconsin, the daughter of Henry W. and Johanna (Angerstein) Yunker. She attended the Mound School at Christie and did house work until her marriage to George W. Sisson which took place on November 3, 1923, in Neillsville. Mrs. Sisson, who live in the Town of Eaton most of her married life, was a member of the United Church of Christ.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include two children, William Sisson of Rt. 1 Greenwood, and Glenn Sisson of West Allis; and four grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Amanda Holmes of Neillsville, and a brother George Yunker of Santa Fe Springs, Ca.

Funeral services for Mrs. G. Wallace Sisson, 74, of Rt. 1 Greenwood, who died in Neillsville February 27, were held Wednesday, March 3, at 1:30 p.m. from the Georgas Funeral Home. The Rev. George E. Yons of the United Church of Christ officiated and burial was made in the Greenwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers were George Schaefer, Henry Nielsen, Fred Clintsman, Arnold Thomas, Larry Sisson and Vernon Nolan. Mrs. Robert Peters sang “Rock of Ages” and “Jesus Lover of My Soul.” She was accompanied by Mrs. Jess W. Scott.

Wallace Sisson and Naomi, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Clintsman, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Clintsman, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Thomas, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pakiz, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Nolan, Henry Nielsen, Mrs. Edward Johnson, Mrs. Edward Anderegg, and Leo Stanley, all of Greenwood; Mrs. Lucille Luna of Willard.
