Langfeldt, Janis (Marriage - 1950)

A farm near Greenwood is the new home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Vollrath following their honeymoon in the southern part of the state.

The bride is the former Janis Langfeldt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Langfeldt of Loyal. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Vollrath of Greenwood. The wedding took place at Trinity Lutheran Church in Loyal. The Rev. J. C. Langholz officiated.

Attendants were Miss Elviera Vollrath, a sister of the groom, as maid of honor, and Miss Vivian Langfeldt, Eau Claire, a niece of the bride as bridesmaid.

The groom’s attendants were William Vollrath of Greenwood, best man, and Dale Vollrath, as groomsman. They are brothers of the groom.

Wayne Cain of Unity, a nephew of the bride, and Gary Speich, a cousin of the bride served as ushers.

Mrs. Vollrath was employed at the Thorp Finance Corp. in Thorp before her marriage.
