Weed Notice

Notice is herby given to each and every person who owns, occupies or controls land in the Village of Curtiss, county of Clark, State of Wisconsin, to cut or destroy all Canadian thistle, English charlock or wild mustard, goats beard, quack or quitch grass on all lands owned, occupied or controlled by you in said village, and out to the center of any highway on which such land may abut, at such time and in such manner as shall effectually prevent them from bearing seed, or spreading to adjoining property, as required by section 96.01 of the Wisconsin Statutes.

Village of Curtiss Ordinance

Due to complaints made to the board, of damage to garden and lawns by dog running at large in the village, the board herby notifies all dog owners in said village to confine or other wise restrain their dogs from running at large until further notice from said board.

Violation of this ordinance will require dogs to be killed and damage assessed to the owners.

Ordinance becomes effective one day after publication.
