At a quiet wedding ceremony performed Monday morning at ten o'clock Miss Evelyn Sivertson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ole Sivertson, Auburndale, became the bride of Donald Schwantes, Neillsville, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. I. Schwantes of Colby, Wis. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. A. Egge in the Norwegian Lutheran church at Auburndale.

The bride wore an ensemble of white crepe trimmed in white fox and white accessories. Miss Ermine Schwantes of Colby, sister of the groom, as bridesmaid wore a pink ensemble with white accessories.

The groom was attended by Byrne Neville, also of Colby, Wis.

A small reception for relatives was held Monday afternoon at the home of the bride's parents in Auburndale.

The bride has taught school in Curtiss for the past three years, and the groom is employed as a barber in Neillsville.

Mr. and Mrs. Schwantes left on a short wedding trip to Madison, Nichols, and Milwaukee and on their return will be at home to their friends in Neillsville.
