Fidler, Sharon M. (3 JAN 1953 - 30 JAN 2009)

Sharon Marie Fidler, 56, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, Jan. 30, 2009. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., on Monday, Feb. 9, at Harvest Community Church, Oak Creek. There will be a private interment.

Sharon Marie Helm was born in Milwaukee, on Jan 3, 1953, to Jim and Delores Helm. She graduated from Loyal High School in 1971 and then attended college in Kenosha. She worked for DCI for 15 years and then Narda Music for another 15 years. She married Russ Fidler on Sept. 6, 1986. She will be remembered for her joyful and giving spirit and infectious laughter. She enjoyed gardening, Golfing, and decorating and reading. She was an immersed believer, and member of Harvest Community in Oak Creek. She was under the care of Oncology Alliance, Dr. Ajit B. Divgi, M.D. and for her last two weeks, she was tenderly cared for by Asera Care Hospice.

Survivors include her husband, Russell; her father, Jim Helm; her sister, Sandy (Jeff) Sommers; nephews Craig Sommers and Chris (Amanda) Sommers; great-nieces, Carey and Caley; and many other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death were her mother, Delores Helm; and her brother, Randy Helm.

Special thank you to the Houghton Family, Dr. Divgi, and Asera Care Hospice. Memorials to the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic are appreciated.

Heritage Funeral Homes, Milwaukee, assisted the family with arrangements.

I am very sorry to hear of Sharon's passing. She was my boss at Narada Products, Inc. I remember her infectious laugh. She was a great teacher and kind human being.
