Przybylski, Barbara Ann (Marriage - 5 May 1951)

St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church was the scene of the wedding on Saturday of Miss Barbara Ann Przybylski, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward V. Przybylski, and Joseph S. Kosik, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Kosik of Thorp. The double ring ceremony was conducted by the Rev. Fr. Piekarski.

The bride was attired in a satin gown featuring a nylon yoke. A lace beaded tiara held in place, by her imported veil of French illusion. She carried a bouquet of white roses and gloxinias centered with an orchid.

Mrs. Sophie Jawrek, Chicago, the matron of honor, wore a gown of blue taffeta with a nylon yoke trimmed with lace. She carried a bouquet of blue carnations with yellow tea roses.

The bridesmaids were Bernice Przybylski of Thorp, Amelia Grabowski of Minneapolis, Sylvia Ciokosz of Chicago, and Vivian Wegner of Thorp. They were gowned in yellow, lilac, green and pink taffeta styled like the gown of the matron of honor.

Attending the groom was Edward Lobacz of Greenwood, best man, and Clarence Kotecki, Joe Levierar and Louis Przybylski of Thorp, as groomsmen.

The couple will live on a farm near Thorp after a honeymoon trip in southern Wisconsin.
