Carlson, Elmer (22 Mar. 1892 - 23 Mar. 1979)

UNITY, WIS. - Services were at 1:30 p.m. today at Trinity Lutheran Church for Elmer Carlson, 87, Unity, Wis. He died Friday at his home.

The Rev. Elton H. Moore officiated. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers were Donald Krause, Arlan, Calvin, Myron and Milford Ewert, and Brice and Emil Luchterhand.

Mr. Carlson was born March 22, 1892. He married Elsie Ewert June 24, 1919 at Unity, Wis. From 1919-46 he farmed in the town of Brighton and also worked as an insurance agent 25 years.

Mr. and Mrs. Carlson observed their golden wedding anniversary June 24, 1969. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Surviving are his wife; a son, Delmar of Marshfield; and three grandchildren. A brother predeceased him.
