Beisner, Judith Ann (Marriage - 4 Nov. 1961)

Judith Ann Beisner, daughter of Mrs. Mildred Beisner of Colby and the late Leo Beisner, and William H. Dunow, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dunow of Owen, Wisconsin, Route 2, were united in marriage Saturday, Nov. 4, at 10:00 A.M. in St. Mary’s Catholic church in Colby by Rev. John B. Pinion. Chrysathemums decorated the altar for the wedding.

The children’s choir sang the nuptial high mass, accompanied by Sister M. Louise Ann at the organ.

The bride was attired in a white lace over satin ballerina-length gown with cover-up jacket. A pearl and sequin crown held her fingertip veil, which was lace trimmed. Her flowers were red roses and white carnations.

Attending the bridal pair as best man and matron of honor were Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Scidmore of Colby, Wis. Mrs. Scidmore wore an emerald green dress with matching veiled hat. She carried bronze and gold chrysanthemums and white carnations.

Enacting the ushering duties were Allen Dunow of Owen and Ronald Beisner of Colby, Wis.

The wedding reception was held at 2:00 at the V.F.W. club rooms, followed by the wedding supper.

Mrs. Dunow, a 1960 graduate of Dorchester High School, has been employed by Employers Mutuals Insurance Co., Wausau. Her husband will attend Gale Institute at Minneapolis.
