Ambrose & Rita Jicinsky
Ambrose and Rita Jicinsky of Unity celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009. A reception and lunch were held at the Brighton Town Hall in Unity, hosted by their children.
Ambrose and the former Rita Hein were married Feb. 21, 1944, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Colby, Wis.
They are members of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Stratford.
They have five daughters, Bette Kramer, Rose Jicinsky, Phyllis Jicinsky, Judy Jicinsky, Barbie (Rick) Mueller; six sons, Gene Jicinsky, Gary (Julee) Jicinsky, Steve (Betty) Jicinsky, Al (Paulette) Jicinsky, Jeff Jicinsky and Wayne (Mary) Jicinsky; 22 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
