Mr. and Mrs. James Finnegan mourn the death of an infant daughter, which died Friday, April 20.

Last Wednesday fire destroyed the dwelling house, barn and granary of Willis Williams. The house took fire from a stove pipe, and the other buildings being close by and the wind in the right direction, sparks were carried to the barn and granary, which caused the conflagration. The farm machinery was consumed, but the household goods were nearly all saved. It is a heavy loss to Mr. Williams as he carries no insurance.

A. L. Snyder and Jennie Osgood went to York Center on their wheels last Sunday afternoon and undoubtedly were caught in the shower.
