McNeely, Erin L. (1 APR 1981 - 7 MAR 2009)

Erin L. McNeely. 27, died on Saturday, March 7, 2009, at UW Hospital following an automobile accident. A memorial service was held at 6 p.m., on Tuesday, March 10, at Sauk Prairie Evangelical Free Church, Prairie du Sac. The Rev. Tim Pietrogallo officiated.

Erin L. McNeely was born in Prairie du Sac on April 1, 1981, to Mark and Joann (nee Voight) McNeely. She attended Sauk Prairie Schools, graduating in the class of 2000. She lived life to the fullest. She loved spending with her daughter, Jade, enjoyed camping and swimming, and found time for her many friends.

Survivors include her daughter, Jade; her parents, Mark and JoAnn, Prairie du Sac; her siblings, Kelly, Boulder, Colo., and Joe, Denver, Colo.; her grandparents, Erna McNeely, Loyal, and Jim and Kathy Voight, Marshfield; more than 40 aunts and uncles; 69 first cousins; other relatives; and many friends.

Preceding her in death was her grandfather, Ray McNeely.

Memorials are preferred for an educational trust fund for her daughter.

Hooverson Funeral Home, Sauk City, assisted the family with arrangements.
