Johnson, Milton (27 Sept. 1900 - 17 Dec. 1962)

Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at the Lulloff Funeral Home for Milton Johnson, age 63, a former Unity resident, who died of a heart attack on December 17 at his home in Detroit, Mich. Rev. Robert Langseth, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church in Unity, officiated at the services and burial was made in the Unity Cemetery. Pall bearers were George Miller, Roy Justman, Leo Duvall, Gust Carlson, Art Edblom and Herman Molle.

Mr. Johnson was born on September 27, 1900 in Unity and received his education there. He was married to Esther Korntved on November 9, 1927, in Unity, Wis. He lived in Rhinelander before moving to Detroit.

Surviving are his wife, from whom he is separated; two daughters, Mrs. Geraldine Barnhardt of Chillicothe, Ohio and Mrs. Shirley De Leonard of Detroit, Mich., three grand children; a brother, Leonard Johnson of Owen; four sisters, Mrs. Alma Edblom of Unity, Mrs. Esther Johnson of Portland, Ore., Mrs. Beda Henry of Minneapolis, Minn., and Mrs. Victor Dallmann of Colby, Wis.
