Klessig, Lorraine (Marriage - 1 May 1943)

Miss Lorraine Klessig, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Klessig, of Abbotsford, became the bride of Anton Rueden, son of Mrs. Theresa Rueden on Saturday morning, May 1, preceding a nuptial high mass in St. Mary’s Catholic church at Colby, Wis. The Rev. Lang performed the ceremony at ? o’clock.

The bride wore a suit of medium ? with matching hat and accessories. She carried a bouquet of American ? colored carnations.

Her only attendant was Miss Olivia ? of Dorchester, a niece of the ?. She wore a suit of royal blue with matching accessories and carried a bouquet of pink carnations.

? Rueden of Dorchester was best man for his uncle.

A wedding dinner for immediate relatives was served at the home of Mrs. Theresa Rueden.

In the evening a wedding dance was held at Wiedenhoeft’s pavilion.

The bride and groom are making their home on a farm near Unity, Wis.
