Harding, Lila (Marriage - 20 Oct. 1943)

Miss Lila Harding, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. E. K. Harding, of Abbotsford, in a teal wool dress trimmed with brown velvet, exchanged wedding vows with Frederick Braem, son of Mrs. Fred Braem, Sr., at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday morning before the altar of the Sacred Heart church, Marshfield, with the Rev. Edmund Cramer reading the mass. Brown accessories and a corsage of gardenias and roses completed her attire and she carried a prayer book.

Mr. and Mrs. Louis Glinski, brother-in-law and sister of the bride, were the only attendants. Mrs. Glinski wore a brown suit with matching accessories and a shoulder corsage of yellow roses and white pompons.

Following the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served to the immediate relatives and closest friends at the Coffee Cup.

After a week’s wedding trip in northern Minnesota, Mr. and Mrs. Braem will reside at 306 W. Sixth street, Marshfield. Mr. Braem is an upholsterer. His bride has been employed in Marshfield for the past three years.
