McMillan, Barbara (Marriage - 13 May 1944)

Miss Barbara McMillan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde McMillan, Owen, became the bride of Ensign Anton Horvatin of Corpus Christie, Texas, son of Anton Horvatin, formerly of Owen, Saturday afternoon at 3:30. Marriage vows were repeated in St. Bernard’s rectory, Abbotsford, with the Rev. Francis Brockman officiating at the service.

The bride, who wore a white dressmaker suit, was attended by her sister, Miss Myra McMillan.

Frank Hardt attended as best man.

A brother of the bride and a friend completed the wedding party.
