Mr. and Mrs. Robert Tibbetts of Beloit are parents of a son, Charles Jackson, who was born on Nov. 11, in Madison. Mrs. Tibbetts is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Brown of Neillsville. The Tibbetts other child, Pamela, is staying in Neillsville with her grandparents for several weeks.
