The burial service and internment in the Abbotsford cemetery were held on Wednesday morning at 10:00 o’clock.

While here Mr. Nagel served the village for a number of years as marshal. He was a member of St. Bernard’s Catholic church and of the Holy Name Society.

Mr. Nagel had been in poor health the past two or three years, but was only seriously ill for four days when death came.

One son, Raymond, died in infancy while the family lived at Loyal and a daughter, Mrs. Harold (Margaret) Tesmer died 14 years ago. His parents and only brother and sister also preceded him in death.
