Reiber, Ora Lee Evelyn (9 Oct. 1935 - 25 Aug. 1991)

TACOMA, Wash. - Ore Lee Evelyn (Mrs. Eugene) Reiber, 55, Tacoma, Wash., daughter of William and Geneva Erickson of 1007 S. Cherry Ave., Marshfield, Wisconsin, died at 7:31 p.m. Sunday.

Services will be Friday at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Tacoma. Burial will be in Tacoma.

Mountain View Funeral Home, Tacoma, is in charge of arrangements.

She was born Oct. 9, 1935, in Lamont, Iowa. She attended Marshfield schools through ninth grade and then moved to Curtiss. She was a graduate of Abbotsford High School and the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She received her master’s degree from Central Washington University, Tacoma.

She was married to Eugene Reiber in 1961.

She taught in Beloit, Germany and at Tacoma area school systems. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and an ordained elder and deacon of the church. She was active at her church and in various professional and educational organizations.

Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Douglas (Kathy) Mitchell of Spokane and Carol Reiber of Pullman, Wash.; two sisters, Shirley Burt and Patricia Seefeldt, both of Marshfield; and two brothers, William N. Erickson of Marshfield and John Erickson of La Crosse.
