Tesmer, Patricia Elaine (23 March 1933 - 19 March 2009)

Patricia Elaine Tesmer, 75, died suddenly March 19, 2009, at her winter home in Marathon, FL.

She was born March 23, 1933, in Neillsville to Ole and Minna Aspen. She attended Neillsville Elementary School and graduated from Neillsville High School. Patricia and Milford Tesmer were united in marriage Dec. 30, 1950, in Neillsville.

Patricia enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and was an avid reader. She also enjoyed time spent at their winter home in the Florida Keys and their summer home in Neillsville.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Melford Tesmer; children, Steven (Jill) of Fort Atkinson, Paul (Juli) of Cottage Grove and Jan (Mark Moennig) of Merrillan; grandchildren, Nathan of Wauwatosa, Dario of Madison, Tyler, a Marine currently serving in Afghanistan, and Ben of Cottage Grove; and one great-grandson, Kaleb of Wauwatosa.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Herbert, and parents, Ole and Minna.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 18, at the United Church of Christ, 515 W. Second St. Neillsville.
