A marriage ceremony uniting Miss Carol Jean Wesneski, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wesneski, route 1, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), and George C. Behringer, son of Mrs. Al Schaefer, Winneconne, in marriage was performed at the courthouse in Neillsville Wednesday, June 14th, 1950.

The double ring ceremony was performed at 11 o’clock in the forenoon with the couple repeating the nuptial vows after County Judge, O. W. Schoengarth. The wedding ceremony was witnessed by courthouse employees.

The groom is engaged in farming southeast of the city where they have established a residence.

Both of the young people have the best wishes of their many friends in this community as both are well known and the groom is a graduate of the Owen High School.
