Dutzle, Rozella #2 (2 SEP 1950)

Miss Rozella Ann Dutzle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Dutzle, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of Peter Rizzi, Curtiss, son of John Rizzi, Rib Lake, during a nuptial ceremony at 9 o’clock Saturday morning, Sept. 2nd, 1950, in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Owen. The Rev. Raymond Bornbach was the officiating clergyman.

The bride wore a long sleeved white satin gown decorated with sequins. The skirt extended into a long train, and her fingertip veil was also trimmed with sequins. She carried a bouquet of gladioli and baby breath.

Attending the bride were Mrs. Frank Rizzi, rib Lake, sister-in-law of the groom, and Miss Adeline Dutzle, Owen, sister of the bride, dressed if fuchsia satin and aqua, respectively. Their hats matched their gowns, and each carried a bouquet of gladioli. The flower girl, Shelvia Rizzi, niece of the groom, wore a white satin gown.

George Cornwell was best man.

After the service a reception was held at the groom’s farm home in Curtiss where the couple will reside.

Guests at the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. Julius Klapatuskas, Thorp; Mr. and Mrs. Vaughn Forster, Stanley; Mr. and Mrs. Dan Dutzle, Jr., Horicon,; and Mr. and Mrs. Gene Stock, Juneau.
