Jantsch, Mary (1857 - 21 Feb. 1946)

Mrs. Mary Jantsch, pioneer resident of the town of Holton, passed away at her home in Dorchester, last Thursday, at the age of 88 years, after a week’s illness of pneumonia.

Funeral services were held Monday at St. Louis’ Catholic church at Dorchester and burial was made in the Catholic cemetery.

Mrs. Jantsch leaves four sons and five daughters, Henry, town of Holton; William and John, Dorchester; Joseph, Spokane, Wash.; Mrs. Mary Gierl, Athens; Mrs. Emma Gustavson, Bismarck, N. Dak.; Mrs. Rose Kumbera, Seattle, Wash.; Miss Anna, San Francisco and Miss Hattie, Minneapolis.

*** Mary Jantsch is buried in the Dorchester Memorial, Mayville Township, Clark County, Wisconsin.
