Bruesewitz, Lila (15 Aug. 1916 - 25 Aug. 1988)

UNITY - Lila Bruesewitz, 72, of Unity, Wisconsin, died early this morning at the Colonial House Living Center in Colby, Wis.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Spencer. The Rev. DuWayne Schneider will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be at the Rux Funeral Home, Spencer, after 4 p.m. Friday.

She was born Aug. 15, 1916, in the town of Brighton, to Frank and Louise Cramer.

She was married to Delmar Bruesewitz June 10, 1936, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Spencer.

They farmed in the town of Brighton, where she aided in the Marathon County cancer drive.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Spencer and its Ladies Aid.

She is survived by her husband, Delmar; four sons, Arlyn, Dennis, and David, all of Unity, and Berdell of Colby; one daughter, Mrs. Tim (Sheryl) Sebold of Colby; one brother, Earl of Spencer, one sister, Margret Willner of Colby; 24 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
