Nielsen, Irene (25 SEP 1918 - 20 DEC 1950)

Mrs. Nels Nielsen succumbed to a long lingering illness on Wednesday, Dec. 20th, 1950, when she passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, where she had been a medical patient for several months. She was 32 years of age and the mother of three children.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, Dec. 23rd at 9 a.m. from the Holy Rosary Church, Owen. Fr. Raymond Bornbach officiated at the final rites and burial was made in St. Stanislaus Cemetery at Lublin. Four brothers and two brothers-in-law served as pallbearers.

Mrs. Nielsen, nee Iren Ogurek, was born on Sept. 25, 1918 and is survived by her husband, three children, four brothers and two sisters, in addition to many dear friends who mourn her early call to eternity.
