Diane Carol, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Bunkelman, was baptized at Christ Lutheran church on Sunday, July 21. Sponsors were Walter Brusewitz and Hazel Houlehan.

Mr. and Mrs. Ben Chris and daughter, Helene, of Gary, Ind., and Danny and Miss Claudette Hamel, of Chicago, arrived Tuesday to visit at the home of Mrs. Frank Chris. Mr. Chris has just returned from the Pacific where for the past 15 months he served as Red Cross field director in Hawaii, Japan, China and Korea.

Miss Vangel Bobbe, Wausau, is having a weeks’ vacation, which she is spending at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bobbe.
