Wegner, Louise (29 SEP 1828 - 23 JUN 1907)

Mrs. Louise Wegner died at the home of her son, Herman, in the town of Pine Valley (Clark Co., Wis.) last Sunday night at the age of 79 years. She was born in Pomerania, Germany, her maiden name being Waldo. In 1852 she was united in marriage to Carl Wegner. In 1873 she came to America and settled in the town of Pine Valley, where she lived up to the time of her death.

Mrs. Wegner was the mother of six children, five of whom survive her. The children are: Fred, August, Herman, Mrs. Fred hemp, Mrs. B. Tragsdorf.

Mrs. Wegner was a good and pleasant lady and was endeared to a host of friends by her charitable and loving personality. The funeral occurred yesterday, interment being made in the Pine Valley Cemetery.
