Pete Hohenstein’s little daughter is very sick with pneumonia.  Dr. Rath is attending.

Robert Machel was taken to the hospital Friday where he will undergo an operation.

John Galbreath had the misfortune to lose a fine two year old colt last week.

Grant McKinney of Richland Center is visiting in Washburn.

Mr. Feutz and Rosa Galbreath were Neillsville callers Saturday.

John Johnston will move his family to Granton next week where he will work at the carpenter trade this summer.

Guy Cramer and Jessie Schultz are numbered among the sick this week.

Mr. and Mrs. Otton are nicely settled in their new home at Shortville.

Hubert Carter called on friends here Saturday.

Our schools have closed for a vacation this week.
