Father J. L. Hauck has resigned the pastorate of St. Mary’s Catholic congregation and has been transferred to Arcadia. He will be succeeded by Father Dorenbach of Hewitt. Father Hauck expects to go to his new field of labor in a week or ten days. It is with great regret that Neillsville sees Father Hauck leave, for he has been one of the most potent factor in advancing the moral welfare of the city. St. Mary’s Church has experienced unusual growth during his pastorate. Arcadia is indeed fortunate in securing the services of this most estimable man.
