North Pine Valley (4 May 1916)

This vicinity was grieved and shocked to learn of the sad death of Mr. Appleyard last Tuesday morning.

Mrs. L. Cornest and Mr. and Mrs. H. Lindsey called on Mrs. T. Coughlin Thursday.

Emma Marg spent this week at home.

Elizabeth Auman has returned from a few weeks’ visit with her sister in Milwaukee.

Mrs. Aug. Marg called on Mrs. Herman Carl Sunday afternoon.

F. Pflughoeft visited Aug. Marg Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Seelow and family called on her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Ott, in town Grant Sunday.

Frank Pflughoeft called on Willie Carl Sunday.
