Christie (11 May 1916)

We have had some lovely weather lately.

Mr. Josie of Marshfield is visiting his aunt, Mrs. Broker.

Mrs. N. Schaefer is reported quite sick. Her sister, Mrs. Windorf, of Dodge County, was called.

A number from here drove to Neillsville Saturday.

Ed Silkey and George Wilson have gone to Cooperstown, N.D., to work during the summer.

Mrs. Dick Boone, who has been visiting at the J. Boone home, has returned to her home in Neillsville.

Mr. Campbell and friend were business callers her last week.

Calvin, Lea and Glenn Mills were quite badly hurt in a runaway last week.
