The county has been grading the roads from the 9 mile corner to Josie's.

Miss Ormond spent the weekend with friends and relatives at Neillsville.

J.A. Ricke, a former resident of this vicinity, but now living in Iowa, spent Saturday and Sunday at the Blum home.

Willis Gallond left for Iowa Wednesday where he will spend the winter with relatives.

George Hoehne was seen on our road Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Backen were callers at Blum's Friday evening.

Thelma Blum called on Mrs. Chas. Ormond Saturday p.m.

Clarence Heagstead returned to his home in Coxie Saturday. He has been working for Henry Backen.

Helen and Ada Backen called on Thelma Blum Sunday.

Henry Johnson is building a new house.

Palmer Vinger was a business caller at Blum's Tuesday.

Henry Backen was a Greenwood caller Saturday.

Bud Osburn is working for Charles Ormond.

George Schwarze and son and Will Vollrath and son were business callers in this vicinity Sunday.

It is reported that Bill Clovis had hsi arm taken off while buzzing wood Saturday.

Anton Musich has moved back on his place.
