Gerhardt, Walter C. (? - 18 June 1971)

Funeral services for Walter C. Gerhardt, 86, of Memorial Home, formerly of Greenwood, who died June 18 in Neillsville, were held Wednesday, June 23, at 1:30 p.m. from the Georgas Funeral Home. The Rev. Eugene Antrim of Greenwood officiated and burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Lawrence Cox, Art and Arleigh Syth, Viv Carteron, Otto Voie, and Clarence Verhulst. Mrs. Sarah Smigelski sang, “The Old Rugged Cross” and “Softly and Tenderly.” She was accompanied by Mrs. Jess W. Scott.
