Cosgrove, Charlotte Mae (Marriage - 18 Feb. 1949)

In a candlelight service at Zion Lutheran church in Colby, Friday evening at 6:30 o’clock, Miss Charlotte Mae Cosgrove, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Merel Cosgrove, South St. Paul, Minn., became the bride of Raymond G. Tesmer, Colby, Wis. The groom is the grand son of Mrs. William Nagel, of Abbotsford, Wis. The Rev. Otto Hoffmann officiated at the ceremony.

The bride chose as her attendants, former high school classmates, Miss Audrey Gries, Miss Janet Sazama and Miss Verna Dean Fristad. The groom was attended by Robert J. Hemmy, Kenneth Cosgrove, brother of the bride, and Gerald Allmann, the bride’s uncle.

Following the wedding, supper was served in the church parlors to the immediate relatives among whom were Mr. and Mrs. Leo Bumann and Mrs. Norman Brecke, Abbotsford, Wis.

The bride and groom are both graduates of the Colby high school. Mr. Tesmer is now in the navy, stationed at Parris Island, S. C. Mrs. Tesmer was employed as secretary by the Public Loan corporation, in St. Paul. The Tesmers will live at 705 Green street, Beaufort, S.C.
