Fulwiler, Israel #2 (25 AUG 1838 - 4 JUN 1910)

 

Israel Fulwiler died at his home in the town of York (Clark Co., Wis.) last Saturday afternoon, June 4, 1910, at the age of 71 years, 9 months and 9 days.  His death was caused indirectly from Bright’s Disease, and during the past three weeks suffered intensely until death relieved him.

 

Mr. Fulwiler was born near Youngstown, Ohio, on Aug. 25, 1838.  When nine years of age he came to Wisconsin with his parents and settled in Washington County.  On Jan. 9, 1884, he moved to Clark County and continued to be a resident of York until his death.  On Jan. 16, 1862, eh was married to his surviving wife.  Five sons and a daughter  are left to mourn for him.  They are George W. of Marshfield, Amos P. of York, Wm. C. of Burkey, N.D., Edward E. of Loyal, Adolph E. of Milwaukee and Lizzie C., Mrs. Geo. Rowe of Marshfield.  Besides these he leaves on brother and three sisters, 11 grandchildren and a host of other relatives.  His funeral took place last Tuesday afternoon in the M.E. Church, Rev. Kildow conducting the services.  Interment was made in the York Center Cemetery.
