Hermann, Bertha (6 Sept. 1893 - 7 May 1951)

Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha Herrmann, 57, who died at her home, Monday evening, were held this afternoon at 2:00 o’clock at the First Evangelical and Reformed church, at Colby, with the Rev. F. P. Puhlmann officiating. Burial was made in the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery.

Mrs. Herrmann, nee Bertha Ebert, was born Sept. 6, 1893, in the town of Green Grove. Her marriage to Oscar Herrmann took place Dec. 18, 1917, in Colby, Wis. Since that time they had lived on a farm there. Mr. Hermann died May 27, 1947.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Arnold (Ruth) Ruprich, Dorchester; Mrs. Royal (Irene) Awe, Colby; three sons, Edward and Ken, at home; and Clinton, at Shannon, Ill.; two grand children; two brothers, Walter, Loyal; and Herman, Dover, Minn., and Mrs. Ida Horn, Greenwood.
