Hoeft, Audrey (Marriage - 24 July 1953)

St. Peter’s Lutheran parsonage at Dorchester, was the setting at 2:00 o’clock Friday afternoon for the marriage of Miss Audrey Hoeft, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Hoeft, Abbotsford, and Pvt. Arnold Gadke, Ft. Lemis, Washington, son of Mrs. Lizzie Gadke, Route 4, Marshfield. Officiating at the service was the Rev. F. H. Sprengler.

For her wedding, the bride donned a gray checked suit with black and white accessories, accented by a pink and white carnation corsage.

Mrs. Verland Hanson, Milwaukee, a sister of the bride, who served as matron of honor, had a beige suit and a corsage of white carnations.

The bridesmaid, Miss Dorothy Pinter, niece of the groom, wore a pink check suit with a white carnation corsage.

Verland Hanson, Milwaukee, was best man, and Kenneth Gadke, a brother of the groom, was groomsman.

A supper was served at the Country Ballroom for members of the immediate family.
