Mrs. Robert Zimmer, 72, who lived alone at Stevens Point, was found dead in bed at her home Sunday afternoon. It is believed death occurred some time Saturday.  
 

Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at the Rosenow-Moore Funeral Home. Eastern Star services were also held there. Internment will be made in the Colby Cemetery in spring.  
 

Mrs. Zimmer, the former Cornelia Greve, was born at Unity September 3, 1883. When she was 6 years old, the family moved to Abbotsford. She attended grade school here and high school at Colby. She was employed in stores in Abbotsford, Rib Lake and Reedsfield.  
 

On Jan. 3, 1936, she was married to Robert Zimmer at Thorp and since then lived at Stevens Point. Mr. Zimmer, a Soo Line engineer, was killed in a collision of a freight train and a gasoline truck at Cadott, May 26, 1949.  
 

Surviving are a brother, Ronald E. Greve, Seattle, Wash.; three stepsons and seven grand children.

The body of Mrs. Robert Zimmer was brought from Stevens Point and interred in the family lot in the Colby cemetery this morning at 10:00 o’clock. The Maccabees, of which the deceased was a member, held a prayer service at the grave. 
 

Eastern Star rites were held at the funeral services held at Stevens Point in February. 
 

Mrs. Zimmer, a former Abbotsford resident, died Jan. 29, at Stevens Point, and the body was kept there for internment in the spring.
