Wilding, Martha (Nov 30, 1910)

Last evening at the home of the bride’s mother, Mrs. Wm. Waterpool, occurred the marriage of Willard Gerhardt and Miss Martha Wilding.  The ceremony was performed in the presence of a large number of guests by Rev. Burrows.  The attending couple was Miss Florence Wilding and Herbert Counsell.

The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Gerhardt and is one of the most popular of the young farmers on the Ridge.  He is an industrious and likable young man and the combination of energy and intelligence which he possesses will make his farming operations highly successful.  His bride is also a well-known young lady of the Ridge.  She has a pleasing personality and winsome disposition and has all the qualities necessary to discharge the duties of the position she assumes.  Mr. and Mrs. Gerhardt will take up housekeeping at once on the home farm, the groom’s parents having moved to this city.  The Times joins the many friends of the young people in wishing them much happiness.
