Miss Donna Rae Peterson, daughter of Attorney and Mrs. John M. Peterson of 312 South Park Street, Neillsville, and Hans Jack Harder, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Harder of route 3, Neillsville, were married July 25 at 3:30 p.m. at the Zion Evangelical and Reformed Church at Neillsville.  The Rev. William Koehler performed the double ring ceremony.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white linen suit with white accessories.  Her corsage was of white cymbidium orchids surrounded by pink rosebuds.

Mrs. Shirley Coyier, sister of the bride, was matron of honor.  She was dressed in a blue suit with white accessories and wore a corsage of pink rosebuds.

Rene Harder, brother of the broom, was groomsman.  Henry Harder and Duane Coyier ushered.

Miss Sarah Albrecht, soloist, was accompanied by Gail Ludovic at the organ.

A reception was held at the home of the bride following the ceremony.  The home and church were decorated with baskets of white gladioli and pastel flowers.

The bride is a graduate of the Neillsville High School with the class of ’52 and has acted as counselor at Camp Higichari. The groom also graduated from the Neillsville High School with the same class.  He has done factory work and this fall plans to attend the University of Wisconsin.  Mrs. Harder will be employed there.

They left on a wedding trip to Wisconsin Dells and after August 1 will be at home at the Duane Coyer residence, Route 1, Neillsville.
