Mr. and Mrs.
Emil Untiedt celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary
Saturday, March 22, at Peace Evangelical and Reformed church parish
hall at Dorchester.
Mr. and Mrs.
Untiedt came from Iowa to a farm in the town of Mayville in 1920.
They lived there for 20 years and then moved to their present farm
where Mr. Untiedt is active in farming and
carpentering.
The couple has four children: Mrs. Oscar (Dorothy) Koerner, Abbotsford; Otto Untiedt, Edgar; Len F. Untiedt, San Francisco, Calif.; and Mrs. Arthur (Marion) Vergenz, Madison. There are seven grand children and seven great grand children.
