Fitzsimmons, Leo P. (17 MAR 1921 - 2 FEB 1955)
Leo P. Fitzsimmons, age 33, rte. 3, Stanley, town of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), died last Wednesday at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Fitzsimmons, after a lingering illness.
Mr. Fitzsimmons was born in the town of Delmar March 17, 1921. He attended school in the town of Arthur and in 1941 he entered the U. S. service, receiving a medical discharge in 1943.
He is survived by his parents, five brothers and five sisters, Hubert of Stetsonville; Kenneth of Medford, Ore.; John of Stanley; Otto and Clarence, at home; Mrs. Howard (Jeanette) Bourget, Boyd; Mrs. Hubert (Florence) Gillis, Milwaukee; Mrs. William (Cecelia (Ergenbach, Neillsville; Mrs. Andy (Betty) Matthiesen, Marshfield; and Miss Mary Fitzsimmons of Cadott.
