Miller, Louise Margaret (20 June 1894 - 29 February 1956) 
 

Mrs. Frank Miller, 61, of 538 Grand Avenue, Neillsville, died Wednesday evening, February 29, following a lingering illness.  She had been confined to the hospital since November. 
 

Louise Margaret Kessler, daughter of the late Carl and Agnes (Hankon) Kessler, was born June 20, 1894, at Ft. Atkinson, Ia.  She received her education there, and in 1911, the Kessler family moved to Clark County, settling on a farm in the Town of Weston, near the Neillsville Mounds. 
 

On November 4, 1913, she was married to Frank Miller at Neillsville.  They farmed in the Neillsville area a number of years and a few years ago moved to Neillsville.  She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the Christian Mother’s Society. 
 

Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband and the following children: Mrs. William (Angeline) Evans, Marshfield; Clarence Miller, Neillsville; William Miller, West Frankfort, Ill.; Mrs. Frank (Jeanette) Zank, Neillsville; James Miller, Northfield; Francis Miller, Oklahoma; Donald Miller, Brodhead; 22 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  Also surviving are the following sisters and brothers: Carl Kessler, Neillsville; Mrs. Baltz (Leona) Hoesly, Granton; Mrs. Henry Andraschko, Weyauwega; and Frank Kessler of Neillsville.  
 

A requiem high mass was read Satruday morning at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. The Rev. Fr. Peter Leketas officiated.  Burial was made in the parish cemetery. 
 

The body reposed at the Bergemann Funeral Home, where the Christian Mother’s Society said a rosary Friday afternoon.  The general rosary was said Friday evening. 
 

The Christian Mother’s Society attended the services as a group. 
 

Pallbearers were: Joseph Kammerer, Henry Langreck, Robert Opelt, Jacob Schmitt, James Votava and Henry Wasserburger. 
 

Out of town relatives attending included: Mr. and Mrs. William Miller, West Frankfort, Ill.; Mrs. Angeline Evans and family, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Leonard, Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. James Miller, Northfield; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Miller, Brodhead; Mrs. B. Hoesly and son, Granton; Mrs. Henry Andraschko, and Miss Marjorie Andraschko, Weyauwega; Miss Elaine Kessler, Mrs. Eddie Miller, Leonard Erickson, Mrs. Thorvald Erickson, all of Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. George Shaughnesy, Milwaukee; Albert Mohnke, Greene, Ia.; Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Hoesly, Middleton.
