Sappa, Dolores A. (1 OCT 1955)

Miss Dolores Ann Sappa, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Sappa, Minneapolis, and T. Sgt. C. M. Jarocki, Williams Bay, son of Mrs. Victoria Jarocki, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), were married at 10 a.m. Saturday in Minneapolis.

The Rev. Joseph Sieginski read the double ring ceremony at Holy Cross Church in Minneapolis.  White chrysanthemums and peach gladioli decorated the altar for the ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.  She wore a gown of Chantilly lace and tulle over satin.  A Queen Elizabeth crown trimmed with sequins held her short veil.  Her flowers were white orchids and mums.

Miss Dorothy Sappa, Minneapolis, served her sisters as maid of honor.  She wore a burnt orange colored crystalette gown which was ballerina length.  Bridesmaids were Miss Frances Mrugala, Miss Patricia Sappa, and Miss Floria Kozlak, all of Minneapolis.  Their gowns were identical to that of the maid of honor.  Each carried a bouquet of yellow baby mums with one large mum in the center.

Patsy Jarocki, Thorp, and Cathy Sappa, Minneapolis, were flower girls.  Their dresses were of frosted green crystalette, and they carried baskets of flowers.

The rings were carried by Robert Sappa, Jr., Minneapolis.

The bride’s mother wore a pink lace dress with blue accessories, and the groom’s mother wore a light blue crepe dress with a bolero.  Each had an orchid corsage.

Best man was Richard Jarocki, Thorp, and groomsmen were Raymond Kowieski, Chicago and Robert and Richard Sappa, Minneapolis.

Soloist was Mary Lou Gorski, Minneapolis.

A reception was held at the PNA Hall in Minneapolis following the ceremony.  When the couple left on a wedding trip through the New England states, the bride was wearing an imported blue wool suit with velvet trim.

The couple will live at Lake Geneva.  He is stationed at Williams Bay with the U. S. Air Force.
