Hirsch, Coryl J. #3 (20 JAN 1891 - 17 NOV 1955)

 

Funeral services for Coryl J. Hirsch, 64, Colby and Abbotsford real estate man, were held at 2 o’clock Sunday at the Zink Funeral Home at Abbotsford, with the Rev. Richard Harrison, pastor of the Presbyterian Church, officiating.  Burial was made in the Colby Cemetery.

 

Mr. Hirsch died Thursday afternoon at the Havenet Nursing Home at Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), where he had been living for a short time.  He was born in Sheboygan Co. Jan. 20, 1891, and attended school at Unity.  After graduation from a chiropractic school in Iowa he practiced in the Abbotsford locality until 1930, when he went into the real estate business at Abbotsford.  He moved to Colby a year ago.

 

Mr. Hirsch was not married and served in the army during World War I.  His only survivors are two nephews, John and Allen Hirsch, Washington, D.C., and three cousins, Mrs. Beryl Fager, Colby; Vernon Diethman, Spencer, and Edward Diethman, Riplinger.  His parents and two brother preceded him in death.
